Many of our projects require some sort of construction component.  As a result, we are experts at all types of property renovation.

 

We have overseen the renovation of thousands of unit renovations and tens of millions of dollars worth of clubhouse and amenity work.

 

 

Fund Management

We have been active in fund raising and fund management for our direct investors for more than 20 years.
